These were delicious.

Make yours from whatever body-fuel ingredients you have on hand.
Bananas (3, overripe)
Walnuts (about 2/3 cup, chopped)
Dried cranberries (about 1/2 cup)
Oats (about 2 cups)
Honey (about 1/2 cup)
Skim milk (about 2 tbsp)
Cinnamon (about 1 tsp)
Salt (about 1 tsp)
You could spread this in a greased 9x9 pan and cut into granola bars later, which works well. But my husband forgot to bring my pan home from work, so I greased 12 foil liners in a muffin tin and smushed the granola goo into them. They cooked up faster and were a perfect grab-during-a-skate-break size.
Bake at 350 degrees until browning at the edges, about 30 minutes.
