My Favorite Simple Banana Bread

I love banana bread dressed up with natural peanut butter, chocolate chips, oats and yogurt, but sometimes I just want a good, simple banana bread. If I'm asking Mr. CookingOnSkates to make it, it's better to give him a straightforward recipe as well.

Banana Bread
Barely modified from AllRecipes

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 mashed overripe bananas

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and bananas until well blended. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
