Homemade Veggie Burger Patties

I saw this recipe on an Italian food blog I follow:

With the help of Google Translate, I translated this and modified it ever so slightly. You could add other veggies to this as well! I haven't had a chance to try the recipe yet, but I absolutely plan to soon and will take photos when I do.

Homemade Vegan Patties

1 can chickpeas, drained
1 carrot, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
1 tbsp olive oil

1. Put drained chickpeas in blender with mustard, Worcestershire, salt and curry. Pulse until the mixture is thick and smooth.
2. In a skillet, heat the oil and saute onion and carrot for a few minutes. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Mix in to chickpea mixture and dip patties into in flour. (If the dough is too sticky, add a tablespoon of flour, breadcrumbs or grated cheese.)
3. Fry in skillet until warmed through.
