Easy Bruschetta Bagel Pizzas





I don't think anyone really needs a recipe or directions on this. You just need to make and eat it.

Like many of my recipe ideas, this occurred to me on a drive home from practice when I was trying to think of something healthy and fast that I could make as soon as I walked in the front door and have it in my mouth in five minutes. (There's *such* a "that's what she said" in there, I know.)

FYI, I actually used whole-grain sandwich thins rather than bagels. I also put the balsamic vinegar on after I baked them.


Bruschetta Bagel Pizzas

Bagels or sandwich thins
Mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced
Tomato (roma or grape), sliced
Fresh basil
Balsamic vinegar (I used a cinnamon pear kind)

1. Assemble. Bake until cheese is all melted. Eat.
