I don't have any photos for you today, but I do have an original recipe! Besides, you know what a banana looks like, right? And yogurt? Honey, cinnamon, ice?
That's basically it, anyway.
I wanted a milkshake. My conscious said, "Oh, hell no!" I improvised.
This is certainly not a milkshake, but it's pretty healthy and pretty tasty, so I was satisfied.
This absolutely does need the ice to make it somewhat milkshake-like. If you plan ahead and freeze the banana, that might help, too. Yum!
Yogurt Banana Smoothie
(makes 1 smoothie)
1 banana
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 T honey
1 tsp cinnamon
Ice
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2. Drink.
3. Enjoy.
