Attempts to just not eat after practice are futile, so I'm trying to just make a smoothie as soon as I get home to prevent worse snacking. Sometimes I'm not in the mood for the usual peanut butter chocolate, so I've been trying to play with ingredients a bit.
5 oz coconut water
1 organic banana
2 tsp PB2
Crushed ice
Blend in Ninja until smooth. Yum!
