Pumpkin Cake Balls Made Easier

I don't make cake balls very often for two reasons:
1. They're kind of a hassle.
2. I can't be trusted with them.

In the ongoing effort to make them slightly healthier and less of a pain in the rear, here are some little updates on the most recent ones.

I actually prefer almond bark to candy melts.

The balls (hehe) are often too moist (hehe), so I only used half a container of frosting. This worked MUCH better. Spice cake with a can of pumpkin is my favorite so far, too.

Popping the middle tines out of plastic forks makes for the best dipping tool.

And as a result, the prettiest, easiest cake balls yet!

They lined up so pretty-like.

And came in at 164 calories apiece. Not bad!

I ate the "ugly" ones. They were delicious. Nom.

Happy New Year!
